Product Name:

Fixable viability dye eFlour 506

Catalog Number:

65-0866-14

Studying the role of immune cells in antibody response during their encounter to an antigen. This fixable viability dye was used to irreversibly stain the dead cells present in the C57B/L6 mice splenocytes prior to cell sorting, fixation and analysis. Staining splenocytes with this dye helps in correct analysis by excluding dead cells population from the total splenocytes. Cells stained with this dye get excited by violet laser (405 nm) and detected by amcyan filter.
