Product Name:

LPS from E. Coli, TLR4 ligand

Catalog Number:

NBP2-25295-1.0mg

Mouse microglia cells were isolated from brain. Cells were stimulated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 8 h. Supernatant was used to detect IL-6 concentrations using ELISA. LPS treatment activated microglia cells and increased IL-6 production.
