Product Name:

Murine RANTES (CCL5) Mini ABTS ELISA Development Kit

Catalog Number:

900-M124

For the purposes of our studies, primary murine microglia were treated with lysophospatidic acid (LPA) 1µM in the presence or absence of a PKD family inhibitor (CRT; 1µM). Differences in levels of various pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines were analyzed using ELISA kits.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

ELISA

Starting Material

Primary murine microglia

Tips

It is better to apply the coating antibody overnight and not just 2h as it is suggested in the kit's manual.

Results Summary

Increased levels of CCL5 were observed after LPA treatment for 2 and 8 hours. Inhibition with CRT 1µM (red bars) abrogated the LPA induced expression of CCL5.
