Primary murine microglia were treated with lysophospatidic acid (LPA) 1µM in the presence or absence of a PKD family inhibitor (CRT; 1µM). Differences in levels of various pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines were analyzed using ELISA kits.

It is better to apply the coating antibody overnight and not just 2h as it is suggested in the kit's manual.
PKD inhibition (CRT 1µM; red bars) decreased the LPA induced secretion of CXCL2 in primary murine microglia cells.

Since it's not a pre-coated ELISA, the experimental procedure takes a bit longer.
