Good Purified AU5 Epitope Tag Antibody from BioLegend

I specialize in functional genomics and applying gene editing technologies to address immunology questions. I have recently developed a new barcoding system, which represents the largest known to date set of protein-based reporters (doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2018.09.022). I used this antibody to detect expression of AU5-tagged NGFR by various cell lines, such as HEK 293T, 4T1, THP1, Jurkat T cells and others. I detected the expression by flow cytometry (using a secondary antibody) and mass cytometry (after conjugating the purified antibody with a metal isotope). In both cases I saw high, specific signal, with a minimal background staining.
