Good Purified Anti-DYKDDDDK Tag Antibody from BioLegend

I specialize in functional genomics and applying gene editing technologies to address immunology questions. I have recently developed a new barcoding system, which represents the largest known to date set of protein-based reporters (doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2018.09.022). I used this antibody to detect FLAG-tagged recombinant protein expressed by various cell lines (HEK 293T, 4T1, Jurkat, THP1 etc.) by flow (APC, cat # 637307) and mass cytometry (directly conjugated with a metal isotope). The antibody works excellent with some background signal.
