After identifying the group of interest, and negatively gating out groups of non-interest, CD161 had great resolution, particularly for NK and ILCs. Used in bulk prior to gating, resolution is low, as it is very variable within T cell and other populations. BV785 is bright, but problematic with AF700 and APCCy7.
Bright, high resolution after gating out
Problematic with other fluorochromes, low resolution in bulk.
Would recommend, but requires optimization.
