Results Summary

I used mouse serum samples with liver tumor and control (no tumor) to detect the cytokines being up regulated in liver tumor as compare to controls. I detected and quantified multiple cytokines being significantly upregulated in liver tumor.

Summary

The Good

Ease to follow the protocol and the items supplied made it easier to separate and distinguish different membranes (e.g., the colored stickers and the cassette).

The Bad

I had difficulty in getting a clean third membrane, I used this product multiple times but the third membrane comes out the same way with some background.

The Bottom Line

It works great and is easy to use with clean results for quantification. Highly recommended.
