Clone Number:

Our lab studies the role of mTOR signaling in T cell such as mTORC1 and mTORC2 signaling during T cell differentiation and function. In addition, mTOR signaling plays a role in cell survival. Therefore, we measured expression of the anti-apoptotic transcription factor Bcl2 with immunoblot analysis in our T cell lysates. This is a nice antibody with great specificity.
