Product Name:

Brilliant Violet 785™anti-mouse CD223 (LAG-3) Antibody

Catalog Number:

125219

Clone Number:

As an immunology lab, we analyze T cell exhaustion by analyzing surface expression of checkpoint inhibitors including PD1 and LAG3. LAG3 expression on T cells within the tumor or chronic viral infection indicate T cell dysfunction. We use this antibody to detect LAG3 expression via flow cytometry.

Summary

The Good

Can detect good surface expression of LAG3.

The Bad

Need to use high dilution.

The Bottom Line

Great antibody to include in your T cell exhaustion panel. LAG3 is an important marker for such exhaustion.
