Company:

Cell Signaling Technologies (CST)

Product Name:

Phospho-p70 S6 Kinase (Thr389) Antibody

Catalog Number:

9205

Clone Number:

Our lab studies the role of mTOR signaling in T cell such as mTORC1 signaling during T cell differentiation and function. With immunoblot analysis, we assessed pS6K1 (T389) activity as a direct readout of mTORC1 signaling in WT T cells upon T cell activation.
