Blood was drawn from 8 week old naive B6 mouse. PBMC was isolated after histopaque gradient. The PBMC was then washed with FACS buffer. Cells were treated with PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse CD8a Antibody at a dilution of 1:100 for 20 min on ice. After 20 min incubation the cells were washed 3 times with FACS buffer and was ready for acquisition.
