Results Summary

Our research program involves profiling of lymphocytes in spleen and tumors. To detect Gr-1 positive cells in spleen and tumor samples, we stained these samples with anti-Gr-1 (FITC) antibody. This antibody worked really well in Gr-1 positive cells with no difficulty; however, it is difficult to get distinct Gr-1 positive and negative populations.
