Results Summary

Our research program involves profiling of lymphocytes in spleen and tumors. To detect B cells from spleen and tumor samples, we stained these samples with anti-CD19 antibody. This antibody worked really well in detecting B cells spleen and tumor samples. The antibody was tagged with Alexa700 not brilliant violet 711 as it described in product sheet.
