Amyloid beta m1-42 was passed on a gel before a western blot using anti-β-Amyloid, 17-24 Antibody was performed. Results showed that before HPLC the sample contained not only monomerized fractions of beta but also oligomerized and aggregated fractions.
Used at 1/2000 dilution in 4% BSA in TBST
