We are interested in studying the mechanism of T cell differentiation through modulating the mTOR pathway. This cell proliferation dye is a good dye that is able to distinguish at least 5 cell divisions.

Protocol Overview

Cells were labeled in PBS in 10e6 cells/mL in 10 µM at 37°C for 10 min. Then cells where washed and activated for 72 hrs to look at proliferation.
