MESDC1 Antibody - N-terminal region

Catalog Number:

I am interested in studying the molecular mechanism of hedgehog signal transduction in vertebrate cells. I have performed a CRISPR/Cas9 genetic screen to uncover new regulators of hedgehog signaling pathway. One of the negative regulators identified in my screens was MESDC1. In this experiment, I had knocked out MESDC1 in NIH-3T3 cells using lentiCRISPR v2 strategy. The result is a pooled knockout cell line for MESDC1. MESDC1 antibody from One World Lab picked up a band at ~38 kDa. The predicted size is 38 kDa.
