Product Name:

Brilliant Violet 605™ anti-mouse CD31 Antibody

Catalog Number:

The goal of my work is to isolate some endothelial cells from various mouse tissues. The markers we chose were CD45, CD31 and Endomucin. As the figures show, with the antibodies from Biolegend (CD45 and CD31), the cells are well separated with flowcytometry and we have already gotten the cells we wanted.
