We aimed to study the affect of knocking down some demethylases in mouse prostate cells and change in any methylation pattern. GAPDH was used as the positive control.

Mouse prostate cells
The product, siRNA was used with the transfection reagent provided by Dharmacon, according to manufacturer's protocol. Cells were incubated from 72-96 hrs prior to detection of knockdown with western blot.
Don't overdose the cells. it works wonderfully at concentration mentioned by the manufacturer
About 90-100% of protein knockdown was observed. Worked as a great positive control, did not kill the cells.

It is a good siRNA set. Besides, the efficacy, the product can be dissolved in RNAse free water and doesn't need to have an extra buffer ordered for its use.
