My aim is to isolate good quality and quantity of the DNA from the peanut leaf samples. I felt this kit is excellent in meeting both quality and quantity. DNA isolated using this kit have also passed the all QC check by service providers. This kit is also economical when compared to others, if you're isolating large number of samples. All the chemicals in the kit are very stable and the protocol is clearly mentioned in the user manual. I have used this kit for other leaf samples as well. For the better results add final TE buffer and incubate more than 10 minutes which will yield larger quantity of DNA.
