Our lab focuses on the study of T cells and all their different subsets. In order to do any analysis, we need a reliable CD3 marker so we can easily gate on the CD3 cells before looking at the subsets. This antibody is bright and works well to easily identify all CD3 cells in our samples

Mouse cells
Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
