Our aim is to inhibit neutrophil infiltration in mouse skin wound. This antibody has been reported to be able to inhibit neutrophil recruitment in other mouse tissues/organs. We used the same dose of 100ug ip injection. The antibody did not reduce the MPO level 24 hours after wounding.

Mouse skin
Antibody (100ug) was ip injected 4 hours before skin wounding. Wounded samples were harvested 24 hours after injury.

This antibody did not inhibit neutrophil infiltration in our mouse skin wound model.
