I work with tough tissues that require a lot of processing to isolate cells of interest. This processing causes a great deal of cell death, it becomes vital to distinguish the live populations amongst the pool of dead cells. This kit has been wonderful at achieving this.
Fluorescent staining
Isolated human lymphocytes
Product is diluted in 50 ul and saved in 5 ul aliquots. 1 ul is used per 500 ul of sample and subsequently stained at room temperature for 15 minutes. Samples are then washed.
It is advisable to save this product in aliquots as repeated freeze/thaw detrimental to its integrity
Results are great and properly isolates live and dead populations!
