PE anti-human CD117 (c-kit) Antibody

This antibody has been used in a flow cytometry-based study immunophenotyping PBMC populations obtained from cancer patients. The results have not yet been published. Multi-colour antibody panels were designed to identify a number of lymphocyte populations and tested to ensure appropriate compensation was possible. CD117 was used with the panel for innate lymphoid cells, and was used to distinguish between group 1 and group 3 ILCs.
