I work in a molecular biology and microbiology lab where there is greater need for handling buffers, solutions, liquid media, and microbial cultures. Some of these are biological liquids and hazardous chemical solutions. In such conditions, using automatic pipet fillers is an absolute necessity. For this purpose, I have purchased and using Thermo Scientific S1 Pipet filler which dispenses liquids from 1 to 100 mL range with precision. It is easy to operate and ergonomic to handle.

Using this Pipet filler is self explanatory. Insert sterile 10 ml or 25 ml of 5 ml disposable pipet. To suck up liquid, press aspirate button control and dispense liquid, press dispense speed control. If you want use 1 ml pipet, then attach 1 mL pipet support.
