Some of our research focuses on the study of T cells during and after influenza infection in the mouse model. Since PD1 is an inhibitor of T cell function, we are interested to see how it's expression changes around an infection and also secondary infections in the mouse. We chose this antibody because it was bright and worked easily in our panel.
