This antibody has been used in a flow cytometry based study immunophenotyping PBMC populations obtained from cancer patients. The results have not yet been published. A multi-colour antibody panel was designed to identify a number of T cell populations on the basis of TCR expression. The panel was tested to ensure appropriate compensation was possible. This antibody was used to identify subsets of γδ T cell population expressing δ2.

Clear staining that allowed the identification of γδ T cells expressing δ2. This antibody fit well into a ten colour panel with no compensation issues.
