We have several mouse colonies which require ongoing genotyping. When we first started doing in-house genotyping, we had issues with different PCR master mixes. The OneTaq PCR master mix works very well in our hands and has proven to be superior to most other comparable reagents.

Be sure to run the extension steps at 68*C as opposed to conventionally running at 72*C
