Product Name:

HIV-1 CORE ANTIGEN-FITC

Catalog Number:

6604665

Our lab studies immune responses against HIV and we work with PBMC either from infected patients or healthy donor cells infected in vitro in order to study the role of different effector cells in killing HIV+ cells. We have a couple of antibodies from Beckam Coulter and they work well to detect intracellular p24 via FACS.

Results Summary

Detection of intracellular p24 in HIV infected cells can be tricky, especially if infection levels are low. This antibody enables us good detection of p24.
