This is an excellent all in one piece of table top fit equipment every lab or department should own. It does everything from simple microscopy in brightfield to 60X fluorescent imaging; simple ELISA readings of absorbance to luciferase kinetics. No running from room to room for different types of equipment with reagents in hand or coolers. This is a piece of art.

HeLa cells were fixed and permeabalised according to regular protocols. primary antibody at 1:200 was added overnight and staining with secondary antibody was done at 1:500 and DAPI at 1:2000 for 1h next day. cells were mount in vectashield and dried overnight. next day observations were made at 4X, 20X and 60X
Be patient while machine focuses for cells.
Excellent publishable data for imaging.
