I am investigating if there are differences in CD11b+ PBMC populations in TLR9 knockout mice compared to wildtype mice. In this particular experiment, I was interested in differences at steady state. I needed a CX3CR1 antibody to stain for patrolling monocytes and this antibody was fitting my flow cytometry panel.
