The OneComp eBeads™ Compensation Beads were used as a single-color compensation controls for the BD LSR II instrument when running flow cytometric analysis.

One drop of OneComp eBeads™ Compensation Beads was added to a 5ml polypropylene tube with 1 microL of .2 mg/ml or .5mg/ml antibody.
Do not add more than 1 drop of beads per tube
The compensation beads consistently work well wit the BD LSR II instrument to remove spectral overlap.
