CD45 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase, a transmembrane protein localized on plasma membrane. CD45 is expressed in almost all the cells of hematopoietic lineage, so widely used to specifically mark white blood cells. The included data produced with the PE anti-CD45.2 antibody from Biolegend shows largely two CD45-positive cell types residing in the lung of naive B6 mouse.
