One of our lab focuses is studying lymphocytes in various human tissue sites. We extracted lymphocytes from different human spleen samples and wanted to compare marker expression. We need antibody that will clearly identify these CD8+ T cells. We chose this antibody because it is dim and thus will not cause a lot of spill over on this high population.
