I've been looking at downstream products of AKT and mTOR transcriptional regulation. I tried several anto-MDM2 antibodies from other companies with either ambiguous or negative results (in Western blots of human cancer cell line lysates) and Boster's is the only one that gave me strong bands at the two expected sizes. I would recommend this product.
Western Blot
MDA-MB-468 and HEK293E cell lysates
8µL in 6 mLs (not because it needed that concentration but because that was the size of my frozen aliquots; at 4 degrees overnight)
Bob's Red Mill non-fat dry milk (5%) in TBS

This one worked! Can easily see 2 bands of the correct sizes and no background.

It came lyophilized and needed to be frozen in aliquots after resuspension
I got 2 clear bands of the correct size and no background bands
having to resuspend and freeze in tiny aliquots was not my favorite part of using this
I would absolutely buy it again
