Company:

Invitrogen Antibodies by Thermo Fisher Scientific

Product Name:

alpha Tubulin Monoclonal Antibody (B-5-1-2), Alexa Fluor 488

Catalog Number:

322588

This antibody (322588) was used to perform immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells to detect endogenous microtubules. 322588 showed strong immunoreactivity that was consistent with microtubules. Background levels were low. This antibody is a good choice for multicolor microscopy, but the price makes alternatives such as 12G10 from DSHB a better choice.
