Sorted mouse thyroid progenitor cells
The FGF10 was reconstitute at 100 μg/mL in sterile PBS containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin.
Aliquot the reconstitute FGF10 and store at -80 degrees C.
The reconstituted FGF10 was added to the differentiation media. Thyrocytes were derived from this protocol.
