We use this kit for treatment of cells for intracellular staining of primary human CD8 T cells following activation. The goal of our research is to study the activation potential of CD8 T cells expressing different T cells receptors upon activation with their cognate peptide. This kit enables optimal permeabilization of cells to allow for cytokine staining.
Intracellular staining for FACS
Transduced Human CD8+ T cells
Treat cells with Fixation/Permibilization buffer for a minimum of 30min at RT (up to 18h at 4C). Wash 2x with permibilization buffer. Stain cells with intracellular cytokine antibodies in permibilization buffer overnight at 4C. Resuspend in standard FACS buffer.
Follow the protocol
Consistent results, good staining of intracellular markers.
