CD193 is also known as C-C chemokine receptor type 3 (CCR3) and mainly belongs to G protein-coupled receptor. CD193 is highly expressed on eosinophils.CD193 also binds a variety of chemokines, such as eotaxins, MCP-3, MCP-4 and RANTES. Here our interest was to detect the eosinophils in the spleen of mouse after the allergen challegne. Therefore, FITC-anti-mouse CD193 antibody was used to detect eosinophils.

FITC-anti-mouse CD193 antibody was used to detect eosinophils form mouse spleen and we have detected the presence of eosinophils and results were as expected.
Only 30 min of incubation period is required to stained the cells
Overall CD193 antibody is work very well in mouse spleen when used by Flowcytometry.
