I’m studying regulatory sequences in embryonic stem cells. This kit was used to measure luciferase activity of my reporter after transfecting into mouse embryonic stem cells. I choose this kit because it was recommend by a friend. Super easy and produces great results for luciferase assays.

Lyse cells with included buffer. Make up the renilla and firefly reaction solutions. Add reaction solutions to lysate and read activity.
