Catalog Number:

MHCD3805

HL-60 cells are able to differentiate to neutrophils after all trans retinoic acid (RA) treatment. They are also able to differentiate to monocytes after 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (D3) treatment. A characteristic of this conversion is CD38 expression. Cell culture volumes containing one million cells were spun down and resuspended in 200µl PBS with 2.5µl CD38 Invitrogen MHCD3805 Lot 1662185A antibody. This antibody has very low background but is expensive.
