500K PBMC freshly isolated were stained with an antibody cocktail containing CD3 APC for 15min at RT at dark in a 96V plate. Dilution used 1.25/100. Volume total: 50ul. Cells were then washed twice and span at 2000 rpm for 4 min and acquired on LSRII.
