In the present study, rats were sacrificed, femoral muscle tissues were harvested and protein extract were prepared. Proteins were estimated in all lysates and an 40 micro gram proteins from each treatments were resolved in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Further, resolved proteins were western transferred in nitrocellulose membrane and probed for p38 MAPK levels using p38MAPK primary antibody obtained from Abcam. After HRP conjugated anti-species secondary antibody treatment, blot was developed in ECL reagent and exposed to x-ray film.
