Company:

OZ Biosciences

Product Name:

LentiBlast Kit

Catalog Number:

LB00500

We use this reagent to help achieve high transduction efficiency of human primary T cells. It has lower toxicity than polybrene which is traditionally use for to enhance transduction.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

Lentiviral transduction of primary human T cells

Starting Material

Human CD8+ T cells

Protocol Overview

Add 0.5ul of reagent A + 0.5ul of reagent B into each well of a 24 well plate containing 0.5ml of cells in media per well. Add lentivirus, spin for 1h.

Tips

Titrate reagents A and B for different cell types according to the protocol's instructions. 0.5uL of each worked the best for us.

Results Summary

Transduction efficiency was doubled when using lentiblast compared to Polybrene. Cell viability also improved
