Pacific Blue anti-human CD8 Antibody

Our lab studies different ways of enhancing the killing capacity of HIV-specific effector cells, such as CD8 T cells. We perform in vitro killing assays where CTLs activity is tested in presence of HIV-1 infected cells. For these studies, human CD8 T cells are purified from donor peripheral blood, and good specific antibodies against human CD8 are needed to validate the purification quality, as well as to detect the cells in FACs-based assays.
