Results Summary

I used an expired vial of CD57-FITC that our lab purchased years ago and did a single color stain with volumes ranging from 1-20uL/sample and 5uL yielded the best stain index. The frequency of CD57+ cells was comparable to a newer (non-expired) version of CD57 on a different fluorochrome so we have been using up the remaining CD57-FITC and it works great.

Additional Notes

Probably with newer vials you could titrate down and use even less volume to be the most cost-efficient.
