BD LSRII Flow Cytometer
1uL CD4-PECy5 worked great in a 13-color panel to detect CD4+ T cells ex vivo and in vitro with and without overnight SEB stimulation (1ug/mL). AF700 and APC FMOs indicated there was no signal bleedover from CD4-PECy5 into those channels, which were used in our 13-color panel.

CD4-PECy5 is a great option for staining for CD4 T cells in human PBMC.
