Product Name:

Anti-RIP1 antibody

Catalog Number:

610458

Used this antibody for a western blot to detect RIP1 (RIPK1) protein levels in mouse lung. The mice whole lung were harvested, homogenized, lysed in Pierce IP lysis buffer in the presence of protease inhibitor cocktail (Roche) and phosphatase inhibitor cocktail (Sigma). After 30 minute incubation on ice, the protein lysates were extracted by centrifuging at 13200 rpm for 10 minutes on a desktop centrifuge at 4 degree. The protein lysates were then subject to western blot analysis to determine the expression level of RIP1.
