The product was used to control for non-specific binding of antibody isotype to cells yielded from synovial tissue by enzymatic digestion. The product performed well with what are sometimes difficult samples.

Antibody performed well with little non-specific/Fc receptor binding facilitating control for this effect. A slight positive shoulder was seen but this is to be expected with a sample with no specific Fc receptor blocking step in the staining protocol
Antibody worked as expected.
