The mouse mAb sc-377073 from Santa Cruz was used for comparison of EGFR levels in human tumor cell lines. The antibody failed to detect EGFR as one band: too many prominent bands were present, not allowing to make any conclusion regarding the levels of EGFR in tested cell lysates.
